Kiera Doster is a Senior Director in the FTI Consulting Global Insurance Services practice and is based in Chicago. She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
With 21 years of experience within the property and casualty insurance industry, Ms. Doster has worked on a variety of engagements including loss reserve analyses, predictive modeling, ratemaking analyses, feasibility studies, litigation support, large account commercial lines pricing, rate filings and regulatory compliance.
Kiera has both industry and consulting experience. During her time working for insurers, Ms. Doster worked in the program business arena where she priced, in conjunction with underwriting management, specialized insurance products tailored to specific classes or particular niche markets. In addition to being in a pricing role, she assisted the Chief Actuary in setting quarterly loss reserves for the individual programs. Kiera also worked for a multinational insurer in a ratemaking role supporting large account commercial risks including dedctible and retrospective policies.
