Josh Spencer is an insurance leader who moved to Fort Wayne in 2014 from Illinois. He studied actuarial science, insurance, and finance at Ball State before proceeding to consult corporations, cities, risk pools, and insurance companies throughout North America on actuarial issues. Passionate about serving churches, Josh joined Brotherhood Mutual and currently serves as Chief Actuary where he is responsible for all aspects of the actuarial program including research and product development. Josh, his wife Jessi, and daughter Violet live on the south side of downtown Fort Wayne where they are active in neighborhood events and organizations that promote positive community and economic growth throughout the city center. Josh is a volunteer at Pine Hills City Church and serves on the board for the Ball State Actuarial Program and Northeast Indiana Public Radio.
