Undergraduate Research

Save the date! The eleventh annual College of Science Joint Annual Meeting (COS-JAM) well be held in the Jordan Hall of Science on Friday, May 5, 2017, as part of the tenth Undergraduate Scholars Conference. The intent of COS-JAM is to highlight the achievements of undergraduate students conducting scientific research at the University of Notre Dame.

All undergraduate students in the College of Science are invited to participate in COS-JAM by sharing their original research with faculty and students, in either an oral or poster format. Research may have been conducted on or off campus, and mentored by faculty from the University of Notre Dame or at other universities and colleges.

Students should discuss the content of their abstracts with their research mentors prior to submission; approval by research mentors will be needed before an abstract is accepted for presentation at COS-JAM.

To participate, please upload an abstract of 300 words or fewer by Friday, March 24, 2017 to xur.library.nd.edu.

Please direct any questions about participating in COS-JAM or the abstract submission process to Dominic Chaloner, Ph.D., College of Science Undergraduate Research Coordinator.
