Opportunities and challenges for our nation can be found in such diverse areas as molecular biology, environmental science, health care, materials science, image analysis, and climate modeling. Applied mathematics and computational science are critical to breakthroughs in all of these fields.

The Master of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics prepares students for positions requiring computational implementation and analysis of complex models. In this intensive 11-month program, students select courses that are tailored to the industry in which they will seek employment.
