If you wanted to know what it is like to be an actuary, this is the session to attend.

We have four graduates from Notre Dame who are new actuaries in different industries. One is health insurance, another is business insurance, and other is a mid-sized consultancy in health and the final is an international consultancy in retirement.

Learn about the different types of actuaries, what they do, how they pass exams and work, and what the future holds for a profession that virtually has 0% unemployment.

Refreshments will be served.

Sponsored by the Delahanty Family Endowment for Excellence in Mathematics, the Department of Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics, and the Actuarial Science Club.
