The theory of M-decompositions
The theory of M-decompositions is a new approach which allows us to devise mixed
methods and superconvergent hybridizable discontinuous Galerkin methods. We
describe the theory and discuss its application to the devising of the above-mentioned
numerical methods for a variety of second-order problems.
Joint work with Guosheng Fu and F-Javier Sayas.
