The Department of Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics offers a professional masters degree with specializations in 

•   Applied Statistics

•   Predictive Analytics

•   Applied and Computational Mathematics

These tracks can springboard your careers in such areas as business analytics, financial statistics, data science and Big Data, computational science and engineering, healthcare statistics.

Our MS in ACMS can be earned in 1 year following the bachelor’s degree. There are options to earn credits towards the masters while still an undergraduate with an associated scholarship. It’s not too late for senior students to consider this option, and it’s not too early for juniors to plan ahead to maximize their chances for a good scholarship.
